7 Blissful Weeks with Chakra Activation and Healing

Taking action from a space of aligned energy brings our goals into fruition with a lot more ease and joy. When you are tapped into your energy, higher wisdom flows through you and allows you to see a different perspective, even through difficult situations. You'll find yourself at the right place at the right time, coincidences and heartwarming experiences fill your life.  

While we set our New Year's resolutions for health etc, do something different this year and focus on being energy fit as well. Here is why the begining of 2024 is a great time to start -

Numerologically speaking, the year 2024 is an 8 year(2+2+4) and 8s are abundance and the energy of magnifying. So whatever you start to create will magnify this year. There is an opportunity to heal, release and create a year full of magic.  

Each week in this 7 week programme I will focus on 1 of the 7 major chakras and through Various Techniques like Visualisation, inner journeying etc I will support you in understanding your energy blocks and send Reiki Energy Healing to help you heal them. Energy blocks show up in our life as repeating patterns of situations or behaviours in our life. As you focus on each Chakra and understand the blocks you then have the ability to heal and release them. 

A you release the baggage you'll life will transform in the most beautiful way. You will feel at peace from an empowered space, so you are not easily shaken by external circumstances.   

Here is a brief overview - 

Week 1:  8th January, Monday 5.00- 6.00am GMT - You will receive Energy Clearing and Healing for Root Chakra, which is the seat of our stability and belonging. It is the predominant Chakra for Finances, Family, Health and Career. A misaligned Root chakra shows up as recurring patterns in finances (for instance money flows in slowly, or comes and goes), anxiety, fears around health, instability in career. 

 

Week 2:  15th January, Monday 5.00- 6.00am GMT - You will receive Energy Clearing and Healing for Sacral Chakra, the seat of our emotions and creativity. Predominant Chakra for healing childhood/ ancestral trauma, manifestation, creativity, pleasure, ability to receive. A misaligned Sacral chakra can show up as emotional instability, procrastination, inability to follow through with your plans, feelings of undeserving. 

Week 3:  22nd January, Monday 5.00- 6.00am GMT - You will receive Energy Clearing and Healing for Solar Plexus Chakra, the seat of our sense of self. Predominant Chakra for confidence, motivation, self belief. A misaligned Solar Plexus chakra can show up as aggression, lack of confidence, feeling unworthy.

Week 4:  29th January, Monday 5.00- 6.00am GMT - Energy clearing and Healing for Heart Chakra, the most powerful energy centre. Predominant Chakra for forgiveness, higher vibrations like gratitude, joy, love. A misaligned Heart chakra can show up as issues with trust, lack of joy or zest for life.

Week 5:  5th February, Monday 5.00- 6.00am GMT - You will receive Energy Clearing and Healing for the Throat Chakra, the seat of self expression. Predominant Chakra for communication( written, verbal, body languagge). A misaligned Throat chakra can show up as issues with communication with self or others, like being misunderstood, not being able to share your opinions with others authentically.

Week 6:  12th February, Monday 5.00- 6.00am GMT - You will receive Energy Clearing and Healing for the Third Eye Chakra, the seat of intuition. Predominant Chakra for receving higher wisdom, insights and clarity. A misaligned Throat chakra can show up as overthinking, receiving ideas but not taking action, over complicating, stubborness.

Week 7:  19th February, Monday 5.00- 6.00am GMT - You will receive Energy Clearing and Healing for the Crown Chakra, the seat of your connection to higher relams. Predominant Chakra for connecting with God and the higher realms. A misaligned Crown chakra can show up as lack of faith, going against the flow of life.
