8 Day Heart Healing Journey

Our heart centre is the seat of higher vibration emotions like love, gratitude, joy and zest for life. When this energy centre is balanced, we feel whole and complete in who we are and we are grateful from within for all the things in our life. There is a sense of oneness with the universe, which leaves no room for comparison with others because we know we can achieve anything we desire.

Our heart chakra gets out of balance as we navigate through life, because we begin to give away parts of who we are to 'belong' to someone or ‘fit in’ to someplace. Slowly, unbeknownst to us we give away so much to fit in that we forget who we really are and what we really need from our relationships and our life in general.

Heart healing journey is a pathway to embracing all of who we are and forgiving ourselves & others. Forgiveness gives us the opportunity to release ourselves from the shackles of regret holding us back, so we can create who we want to be.

*Day 1 (7pm GMT, 7th Feb) and Day 8(7pm GMT, 14th Feb), the group will come together in a live session for a powerful group meditation and to receive Reiki Energy Healing.
