Chakra Activation and Yoga Nidra - In person Gathering

"If we do what we always did, we'll get what we've always got"

September 2024, is packed with energy portals and astrological transits.

It is a call from the universe to bring transformation into our lives - just like nature begins to shed its old leaves. As we navigate the latter half of 2024, this is an invitation to create those changes in routines and thinking patterns that will help us step up to the next level. 

This month we move into autumn + the eclipse season + the Equinox; it is time to reignite our energy with a deep chakra healing and cleansing. This will allow us to let go of baggage we no longer need and receive high vibrational energy that will motivate us to create change.

During our healing gathering, you will be guided into relaxation for your mind and body with Yoga Nidra.  

Mental stress and self-doubt often create blocks in our energy centres (Chakras) and keep us from manifesting what we want in life. Through Reiki energy healing (pure positive energy) and channelling, your Chakras will be cleansed and activated to receive higher lightcodes/ energy. 

By the end of the session, you'll feel very relaxed and positive. In the days that follow, you may also receive insights on what subconscious beliefs could be holding you back and how you can navigate past them.

1. This session is suitable for those new to Reiki/ Energy work - just be curious :) 

2. Please bring your Yoga mat/cushion or similar
