Finding Peace through Root Chakra Activation

Root Chakra is an energy centre that sits at the base of our spine. It governs our relationship with money, career and family.

This is a vibrant red Chakra, it also helps us remain calm and safe, especially in a crisis. 

When our root chakra is out of balance, we feel anxious and stressed with low levels of energy. On a physical level, imbalanced energy in the root chakra can cause lower back ache, hip issues, auto immune diseases and over active adrenal glands. And on a mental level, it can impact our mindset about success,belonging and our self worth. 

Working with the root chakra enhances our ability to feel stable and fully present in the moment. It is also a great way to form healthy relationship with money/ finances. 

Join me in this session as we learn about our root chakra energies and how we can work with them to find inner peace and strength. Through body awareness, meditation, emotional freedom technique(EFT) and Reiki energy healing we will explore the following
