About the Event

It is time to swap the busyness of summer and the chaos of school holidays for some gentle self care. Every season change is an invitation to reset our diet, our mind and our body. And as we begin to allign with the cycles of nature we are rewarded with more vitality, better mental and physical health. 

Join me in this month's wellbeing session as I guide you through practices that will help you relax your body and relieve any stress. As we go through the session, you'll find your mind begins to declutter and you have clarity of thought. As a bonus, I'm going to be sharing some tips and rituals to have a magical autumn.
