About the Event

Parenting is a full time job! It has its many rewards, but it can also be an emotional and tiring journey. Especially on the days when we are already feeling stressed and low.

From a very young age children are able to gauge how their parents are feeling and often times show their concern by 'acting out' being 'clingy' etc. It is therefore very important that parents look after their emotional needs through practicing wellbeing. This not only helps the parents relax from the stresses at work and parenting, it has a positive impact on the home environment too. Often times, children who observe parents practice selfcare are inspired to look after their health and wellbeing too.  

Join me in this month's wellbeing session as I guide you through practices that will help you relax your body and relieve any stress. As we go through the session, I will also share simple and practical wellbeing tools that you can use for yourself and your family.      

Here is a brief outline:  

- Guided Relaxation

- Balancing emotions - Mindset and Techniques 

- Emotional Freedom Technique( or Tapping) - for emotionally charged situations  

- Receive Reiki Energy Healing and Chakra balancing
