What if I told you, by having a wellbeing routine - you will have more time in the day?
Looking after your mind, body and spirit improves your focus; you get more done because you can think clearly, problem solve better and are less distracted. Wellbeing also boosts confidence and peace because you develop the ability to remain calm despite external circumstances.Â
Join me in this session as I show you just how easy and effective it is work with your energy to find peace and joy in everyday living. These techniques are so simple you can do them with your children too (I have done them with my son since he was 2!). Here is what you will learn in our first sessionÂ
1. A quick morning energising technique
2. How to bring positive energy into your home/ workspaceÂ
3. Overview of 7 main Chakras (energy centres) plus how they impact our life and health
4. Meditation
5. Receive Reiki Energy Healing channeled by me Â
6. Lastly and most importantly, it will be a fun, light hearted session with lots of laughs :)Â
