Too busy for self care? Then you're in the right place girlfriend! 

What if I told you a wellbeing routine not only helps you feel less stressed, you also become more productive; aka you actually have more time in the day. Looking after your mind, body and energy helps you be more present in the moment. So you are more likely to focus on the task at hand than be distracted. 

We all have 5 pillars to our physical wellbeing namely - hydration, nutrition, sleep, fresh air and movement. 

In this session we will be focusing on ways to create a bedtime routine that aids a restful sleep. 

Did you know we think between 30k-60k thoughts in one day?! With thoughts then attached to different emotions, it is very important to have an emotional cleanse everyday so you are not carrying unwanted emotions to the next day. One of the most powerful( powerful, powerful, powerful - sorry just had to!) way to achieve this is through Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT), also know as Tapping. During the workshop you will also be learning this AMAZING technique.

Join me for yet another session packed to the brim with ancient wellbeing techniques, relaxation and most importantly fun! I will show you just how easy and effective it is to look after yourself to find peace and joy in everyday living. 

These techniques are wonderful for your family too. My son, a teenager now, has been working with EFT since he was 7!

5. Receive Reiki Energy Healing channeled by me  

6. Lastly and most importantly, it will be a fun and light hearted session, which will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvinated.
