About the Event

Feeling at peace is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. 

As mums and professionals, life is busy and it is hard to find time to take a step back from the fire fighting. 

The problem is its a vicious cycle of being stressed, which makes it hard to focus, which means you get less done = More stress! 

Been there, done that, have a t-shirt to prove it :)

This is why I've created a space where we can come together each month to destress, relax and feel rejuvenated. 

In every session I focus on simple and practical wellbeing techniques that you can learn and weave into your day as selfcare - no matter how busy you are! 


Join me in this session as I delve into one of the most amazing wellbeing practices - mindfulness. We will explore mindfulness from Buddhism, which is the seat of our modern day mindfulness practice. Here is an outline of the session

1. Active relaxation meditation

2. Overview and the 4 Buddhist pillars of mindfulness 

3. Breathwork 

4. Practicing Mindfulness - for better time management and improved focus 

5. Mindfulness for coping with charged emotions like anger, frustration

6. Reiki healing
