About the Event

Feeling at peace is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. 

As mums and professionals, life is busy and it is hard to find time to take a step back from the fire fighting. 

Its a vicious cycle of being stressed, lack of focus, which means you get less done = More stress! 

Which is why I've created a space where we women can come together each month to destress, relax and feel rejuvenated. In every session I focus on simple and practical wellbeing techniques that you can learn and weave into your day as selfcare - no matter how busy you are! 


Join me in this session as I delve into two of the most amazing selfcare practices - mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). They are simple and you can use these techniques everyday not just to feel at peace but also for pain relief. As Deepak Chopra says, we have the world's biggest pharmacy in our body, it knows exactly what to do to heal - we just need to keep stress out of the way - and that is what we will do! Here is an outline of the session

1. Relaxation practice you can do everyday

2. Short meditation to receive positive energy

3. Overview of mindfulness 

4. Practicing Mindfulness for pain relief 

5. Practicing Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT) for emotional pain like coping with charged emotions like anger, frustration, guilt etc.

6. Reiki healing

Don't wait for the 'right time' to start looking after yourself. Begin now, from where you are and with what you have - one step after another to finding peace within.
