Healing for children (little people and the not so little!)
Here is a great yet simple technique to do healing for your children. If they've had a busy day at school or too much time in front of the screen using these techniques will calm their minds down and relax them. I find they are not as agitated/ irritable and much easier to reason with!
This can be done at anytime of the day, I personally do it at bedtime. It makes for a nice bedtime routine. Once they're relaxed it takes them less time to fall asleep and they have a far more restful sleep.
